Be Gone Bat Wings!

Hello Ladies! Flabby arms, especially as we get older, can make us feel uncomfortable when we are wearing short sleeved shirts or swimsuits. Aging is inevitable, but that shouldn't mean we throw in the towel and give up! You CAN tone up yours arms by doing exercises that target those triceps, which are the muscles on the back of the arm. In addition to doing tricep exercises, training the other muscles in the arms such as the biceps helps give the appearance of a slimmer, more defined upper body! So let's do this and say goodbye to those "bat wings!"

Tricep Extensions

1) Start with feet together, bent over slightly with a flat back.

Bend your right elbow to a 90-degree angle.

2). Slowly straighten your arms. Keep your dumbbells and elbows close to your body, gently extend the dumbbells behind you. Shoot for 3 sets, 10-12 reps. You should increase weights gradually as you feel comfortable.
