We're Bringing Shoulders Back Baby!

I don't know about you, but I have a love/hate relationship with exercising.
When I commit to a daily exercise regime, I feel great and ready to take on the world! Although it’s not always easy, staying active and exercising is vitally important to me as an entrepreneur, wife & mother — it helps me feel strong, self-assured and energized even on my busiest (and craziest) days. Plus, regular exercise helps me stay fit, and looking good is always a confidence booster!
I'm really enjoying our Northern California winter, but already looking forward to all the ways I can wear my BRA-serie in the Spring and Summer. So, I figured there's no better time than NOW to get those shoulders & arms in the best possible shape to flaunt our beautiful shoulder candy!
For the month of February, I thought it would be fun to share a few exercises that my team and I are doing with the help of Isti Wallace (aka Lily Rising), our BRA-serie fitness contributor. She shared some simple exercises that if done consistently, will give us those shapely arms and shoulders!
Isti & I went to high school together and re-connected at our most recent class reunion. Since then, I have enjoyed watching her grow into her passion for fitness and health. What I personally love about this beautiful woman is that she offers REAL & PRACTICAL advice to helping all of us be the best version of ourselves.
